I’m looking for someone to share my home with. You’d be sharing the apartment with one Irish guy (post-primary teacher) in a newly decorated, cosy and comfortable home.

The room is a good size and comes with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. You would also have the main bathroom to yourself.
I’m looking for someone who enjoys a friendly home environment — I’d be happy to watch Netflix, have a chat and relax together in the evenings, while also respecting each other’s privacy.

* 126 bus and Saggart Luas are approximately a 15-minute walk away
* Convenient for Dublin city centre, Tallaght, Maynooth, Celbridge and surrounding areas

* 6-month agreement initially, with the possibility of extending if everything works out well (or September – May agreement).

The apartment is newly decorated, clean and cosy, and I’m hoping to find someone who will feel comfortable here and treat it as their home too.
