The accommodation includes:

A private living room with sofa and TV
A kitchenette for light use (microwave, kettle and storage – not suitable for full cooking).
A spacious double bedroom with feature brick wall and three roof lights providing plenty of natural light
A private shower room and toilet, for sole use
Tenants also have access to a shared full kitchen for cooking.

We are a professional household (two doctors – Emergency Medicine and GP – with two young children). Family living areas are on a separate floor, with an unoccupied middle floor between the household and the apartment, offering excellent sound separation and a calm, private living environment.
