Bright and spacious double room with ensuite available in an owner-occupied home in Bettystown.

Suitable for a female occupant (preferred), with couples considered subject to suitability (rent would be higher).

Available until approximately December 2026, with the arrangement to be reviewed closer to that time and a possible extension if it suits everyone.

The room has been freshly painted and includes an ensuite bathroom and a TV for use (own subscriptions required).

Rent is €690 per month with internet included, and all other bills will be split. A deposit of one month’s rent is required.

We have one small dog, so the person must be comfortable living with a dog.

We are looking for a non-smoker and someone who is clean, respectful, and comfortable in a calm living environment.

References welcome but not essential, as all applicants will be interviewed prior to any offer.

The D1 bus stop is located outside the estate entrance for those looking to take the bus to Drogheda (20 min bus journey), and it also goes to Laytown station for travel towards Dublin (55 min train journey). There are several shops and other services available in the area, with Tesco and Lidl right across the road from the house.

This is an owner-occupied home and the arrangement is a licence, not a tenancy.
