Double room in a shared 2 bedroom house. Not owner occupied, would be sharing with me, a long-term male renter (secondary teacher in nearby school).

Rent is 921 euros + bills. (This is subject to change around December, may be a slight increase)

Excellent location, very quiet and safe neighbourhood that is 20-35 minutes to city centre via bus depending on traffic. Plenty of bus options, number F1, F2, F3, 15A, 74 all leave near the house and go into the city centre (as well as others). S4 also leaves regularly and goes UCD direction.

Dunnes, Supervalu, Aldi and Lidl all relatively close as well as several gyms and pubs.

Free parking space available.

Spacious outdoor area at the back.

Landlord is always quick to fix any problems in the house and wants all the usual references etc.

Move in date would be June but flexible. Length of stay is also flexible.
